Who It’s For

Postpartum doesn’t come with a roadmap, and too often the truth gets hidden behind sugarcoated advice. The Alchemy Sessions are for women at every stage of the journey and for those who care for them.

Pregnant Women → For those seeking real preparation, not sugarcoating.

Postpartum Moms → For mothers navigating anxiety, burnout, or identity shifts.

Seasoned Mothers → For those still carrying the weight of past experiences.

The Curious → For anyone who has ever asked, “Why didn’t anyone tell me?”

Healthcare Workers → For doulas, nurses, therapists, and providers who want to understand the unspoken realities of postpartum care.

What are the
Alchemy Sessions?

The Alchemy Sessions are a workshop series designed for honest dialogue on birth trauma, postpartum mental health, and the systemic gaps in maternal care. Twenty percent of proceeds will be donated to Postpartum Support International.
